since 2008 i have owned/operated construction companies where we used project bank accounts to handle larger project cashflow. 

 

in 2021 the government changed federal banking laws (OCC letter 1174) and we saw the opportunity to build a cashflow platform using smart contracts to replace manual accounting for projects.

in April of 2021 we launched an early version (Flip Factory App) and quickly rebranded to "buildwallet". ​​
